The bottom of the pot is directle heated through a magnetic field created by coils located under the cooking zonz. Food is heated up by the pot.
 1 The inductor generates a magnetic field when an electrical current goes across it.
 2 Under the magnetic field effect, an inducted or so- called eddy current is generated inside the bottom of the pot which is heated up.
 3 Food gets heated by conductive heat from the pot.
